| In 1994, Wardlaw Claims Services' subsidiary company, Custom Data Systems, Inc. was formed to employ the gifted Information Technology personnel that keep Wardlaw Claims ahead of the "technology curve" in Independent Adjusting. This multi-talented I.T. staff includes Jeff Keahey, Amy K. Jones, Aaron Hawkins, and Jeremy Knue. Custom Data Systems also employs the invaluable clerical staff of Sue Ashley and Amy Clay.
Wardlaw Claims Services' Loss Management System, conceived and developed by CDS Systems Designer, Klynt Klimek, allows Wardlaw adjusters to download claims directly. By reducing human-error to a minimum and interfacing with claims estimating software and mapping software, Loss Management represents a giant leap forward in claims handling speed, efficiency, and accuracy, as well as, customer service.
